My overall experience was very good as it met all my needs in my recovery.

I have always felt safe here at Oasis. It provides a safe, comfortable environment. I am a lot more confident in myself and I am more comfortable in larger groups of people and I am a lot more interactive. The staff have been extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding. I would like to thank Joanne, my counsellor. I would not be the person I am today without her, she has been truly amazing. I was apprehensive to start my rehab, but I have had such a laugh here. I have been put at ease throughout my stay. I have enjoyed the work I have done here, some of it being very difficult to face but it has all been worth while. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I found management to be lack lustre and will be making a formal complaint with CQC and safeguarding.

I was treated well for my medication but was not allowed the anti histamines I brought. I have achieved sobriety. The therapy was good but staffing levels are a concern with a strong reliance on other clients/patients to preform a lot of the tasks in the day to day running of the centre.

was very disappointed I was refused, 5 times, herbal remedies from Holland and Barret , which I've been using for the last 3 years , milk thistle for my liver an potassium and magnesium , b12 , b6 vitamins. because i was told they were over the counter medicines, which didn't help with my anxiety. also the lack of counselling i received, constantly being told that I would catch up with later. finally got my 3 session (after chasing)on the day of being released. Over all very disappointed and differently not worth the money I payed and i think I'm not ready after 4 weeks , but cant afford paying for anymore treatment.

I was in a bad way on arrival and very emotinal the staff where very friendly and supportive and really looked after me on that horrible first night. The Timetable should be reviewed and shared on a regular basis. My sessions with Kerry was very very helpfull and i wish i had been assigned Kerry from the start.

My treatment at Runcorn has been life changing for me. I am leaving with a renewed outlook on my future - I feel stronger than I have in many years, including periods of sobriety prior to treatment. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough. They have been approachable, kind, considerate and professional. My counsellor, Dave, has been fantastic. We have had long conversations, and he has always had time for me to talk. Oasis, Runcorn is a place I will never forget. I hope to return one day in the future to share my sobriety journey.

Having never been in rehab before I didn't know what to expect. My first impression was " warm and welcoming" from both staff and other residents. I have learned so much about my addiction, about me personally, spiritually and about interpersonal relationships (and so much more) from being here. Yes, at times it has been challenging, but the more you put in the more you get out. I am grateful for my time here and feel stronger than I ever have. Thank you
