Therapy and workshop sessions were very good with a lot of valuable information and work assignments to complete. Facility itself could do with some investment.

The staff do an incredible job with the seriously failing building(s) they have to work with. The care is great, the team are great but a 24/7 residential building with this many issues and the obfuscation with the central UKAT office to address these issues quickly is seriously failing the people on the ground.

The experience was effective I believe, however clients are not presented with an accurate picture of what Oasis Runcorn offers.

Gained all I need from Oasis, my therapist as been amazing, very welcoming and I really do think I stand a chance at this recovery after my 28 days. Oasis has possibly saved my life, if I do the right things.

It was a good treatment and successful, i am happy and positive to go home and carry on being sober.

I got what i wanted from the program. I have learnt a lot about myself and excited for the future with the aftercare provided thanks for the support that I have had. I am going to miss the community.
