Staff friendly support is there when required. Expected a little more regarding activities. I have been to a rehab before where fitness is part of recovery where as its not promoted here

my experience in oasis Runcorn is as so. i have spent 3 months here and learned so much i have made friends ones that are likeminded and on the same journey as me. me realising this helped me socially my experiences other than socially becoming stronger in here through my experience iv become more trusting of recovery and what it can do for you. here in oasis Runcorn they take you out to various groups putting you around meeting ones that keep you connected setting you up for when you leave they also do a lot inside the treatment centre around addiction but i personally love they teach you how to stay clean and sober when you leave. my experience with staff has been beautiful if I'm honest ill miss them all very much each of them having the best advice and understanding. and genuine care for my well being. everything they do and say is all to benefit my recovery and i understand and apricate that. i have learned so much this way. some of there lived experiences are so relatable leaving you with a strong connection and sense of trust. the food is amazing everyday iv had more than a full belly the toilets are very clean the grounds impressively kept. all facilities in my 3 month stay have been nothing but great. great place over all it becomes comfortable here allowing me to-do a deeper dive into my self and things that have happened in my life

Oasis Runcorn is clean, organized. The staff are professional and friendly.

my experience has been amazing the staff have been fantastic with me and even when I was struggling they was always happy to help with no hesitation.

I feel good, I feel the detox was managed with a lot of empathy and was handled well by staff. I would suggest a better explanations of the program on arrival, I feel there was a lack of context around the recovery models and the choices I would have going forward in my recovery

All in all everything has been satisfactory,all my needs were catered for.
