ITS A GREAT PLACE TO RECOVER PRETTY SCARY WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE BUT YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE HELP WHEN NEEDED , ITS HELPED ME MASSIVELY WITH THE ISSUES I ARRIVED WITH SO YES OVERALL IT WORKED FOR ME .

I am more than satisfied with the service. I feel more confident when I return home

frustrating at times but the staff try their best . they really care about indivual recovery but sometimes simple failures happen . there was a good number of conflicts between peers in the centre which did not help my anxiety. however i am sober today and aim to keep this up (one day at a time)

Oasis Runcorn are truley amazing, I arrived a very broken person in complete despair and desperate, I'm leaving tomorrow after 3 months a very different person after being cared for, loved, guided and inspired by the staff here.... I will always be enternally grateful.

feel like my treatment as gone very well. i can now see a future in life. the staff in oasis are great i got on with them all witch helps. without oasis my life would have been over. thanks!

i was really happy with treatment i received at oasis around my addiction , i think all the staff where very thoughtful and caring to peers and went above and beyond.

confusion around cash lot running around. miscommunication around heater. miscommunication around medical issues of partner. fireworks display. duty of care was nil. fell over and left.. after that all good.

Good experience overall. staff were friendly and handled difficult situations well (including a bomb scare). the food wasnt very good, no choices and often told i couldnt have something else even though i didnt like what the chef had to offer. The people i have met here are so nice. I felt welcome. I beleive that i will be able to stay sober on the outside.
