MY EXPERIANCE AT OASIS HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER OF MIXED EMOTIONS. IVE NEVER REALLY UNDERSTOOD WHY I AM AN ADDICT UNTILL COMING HERE. I CANT THANK THE WHOLE TEAM OF PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK

Felt nervous / anxious about coming in but soon settled in a few days. Then the days just flew buy once getting into the routine.

I found the staff at Oasis Runcorn to be excellent; always ready to answer questions and concerns that I had. Each and every one of them actively participated in my recovery journey, and did so out of obvious care and concern. I especially clicked with my main therapist, Dave, who always knew exactly what I needed before I knew it myself. He was invested in my recovery and continued journey with sobriety, but most importantly cared about me discovering who I really am and how I got to this place in my life. Would recommend to a friend.

i would stick in as much as you can and try to take all feedback as costructive and not an attack the people are lovely to work with and you will find a new version of your self thank you to all the staff

I did not come into treatment with the highest of expectations, having experienced residential rehabilitation care in the past, which had ultimately failed, but I could never have expected just what a change was waiting for me here. I have never been treated with such care, kindness, patience and support in two decades of struggling with addiction and mental health problems. I felt seen, acknowledgedand valued throughout my time here, and feel genuine sadness to leave, both thanks to the relationships I built up with the excellent staff, and the positive community atmosphere that is fostered. The focus at Oasis is not just freedom from addiction, but understanding why those addictions began in the first place and the underlying problems that push us away from the lives we long for and friends and family that we love. Gaining the insight into ourselves and our vulnerabilities that stand us in good stead to move forward into functional adult lives, with a fuller understanding of who we really are, and what we want from our recovery, and our future.

Treatment was very good. Staff very good and caring. Unfortunately did not get my full quota of 1:1 sessions. Enjoyed CA and SMART the most. I would highly recommend Oasis Recovery.

I am at the end of my journey and its been a struggle for me personally, as it was trying at times and I am so lucky to have completed my treatment as at times I thought I was gone, Kerry and the rest of the team have given me so much love and support throughout my time here and I am grateful to each and every one of them, Kerry is like the centre mama bear and she in an inspiration to me, she has held my hand and had my back since the day I arrived and when I fell down she picked me up, she was there for every step of the way.

i have been here before and the building is much the same but there has been a vast improvement in the staff onsite much to my relief.i have found the few one to ones invaluable that i have had with my therapist dave.this has been most likely life changing thanks to the staff and peers alike.im very grateful for the help i've received kirk
