A five star experience throughout.

I was very pleased with the attention and care I’ve received from all the hospital staff on the day. They made me feel at ease, thoroughly explained all the instructions and attended to every request I had. It was rather pleasant and enjoyable experience as far as hospital visits go.

I felt safe and all precautions taken to ensure a safe consult due to covid 19. Just wish more car parking!

Having found the right entrance, the receptionist was welcoming and after a few minutes I was met by Dr Hickey for my consultation.

Over many years this unit has provided excellent support to me and to my wife.

Removal of a bcc lesion from my scalp. The wait time was very quick and my pre op checks were thorough. The nursing team were absolutely amazing, making me feel very relaxed and secure. The treatment room was very clean. After the procedure I was given a cup of tea and biscuit and was escorted to a quiet room which really helped my immediate recovery. I was issued with an After Care leaflet and helpline phone numbers.

Attending an Appointment is well organised. Greeting staff are friendly and helpful. Areas are clean.

A little unorganised with admission and last food and drink times. On the Thursday was told I could drink at 12pm on Friday. On Friday I was asked to come in at 12:30 for early surgery however this was not possible as I last ate at 12.
