I found visiting the Nuffield hospital a good experience, although parking was an issue.

It is a really lovely hospital with very friendly staff.

The nursing staff were terrific but the room facilities were nothing like as good as my previous experience at the Bournemouth Private Clinic. The blinds were semi-broken and the shower didn’t work, for example. Also, the physio staff lacked continuity (I had 3 short sessions with 3 different people).

The staff were wonderful and the food was good, really glad to have a private room to recuperate in. Only a small mark down because the anaesthetist didn’t know the surgery had moved forward so I was left waiting a little bit.
