Lovely staff and quick appointments. Only slight negative was I had no idea when I would be discharged and because my husband couldn’t get me straight away as at work (about 1.5 hours) I had to be moved to a different room and had no water etc

As always a perfect experience. No one wants an operation but when you do having it at the Nuffield is the best you can have From the booking lady to the surgeon everything was exactly as wanted

My overall experience was excellent. All the staff who helped me were very courteous and helpful and I was seen on-time for all my appointments. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I had plenty of opportunities to ask for further explanations. My operation was successful and I am grateful for the expertise and professionalism of everyone involved.
