The hospital staff is very helpful, dates and times of appointments are sent promptly. As someone using private medical insurance for the first time, the secretaries / staff were helpful to explain how it works and what to raise with the insurance provider.

Staff very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. So pleased I chose this hospital. Mr Farrar was very experienced and not only did my TKR's but straightened my bandy leg. I am over the moon.

I had a very good experience with Nuffield Health Bournemouth. My cardiologist, Dr Sujata Khambekar, was excellent. She was very friendly and patient and listened attentively when I explained my condition. She very quickly arranged for me to have a heart MRI and stress echocardiogram. Her PA, Kim, also kept me informed about appointments, results etc.
