Excellent communication, quick access to the appointment, and a very smooth overall experience. The colonoscopy preparation was clear and straightforward, and the procedure itself was handled with great professionalism and care. Dr. Mallick and the entire clinical team were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience very reassuring. I felt well informed, supported and genuinely looked after throughout.

Parking is atrocious but there's a free drinks machine

The hospital staff is very helpful, dates and times of appointments are sent promptly. As someone using private medical insurance for the first time, the secretaries / staff were helpful to explain how it works and what to raise with the insurance provider.
