I visited Newmedica for cataract surgery. I was feeling quite nervous about it, but the staff did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease. The surgery itself, whilst not exactly pleasant, was pain-free and the surgeon was very reassuring throughout the process.

First of the day thorough relaxed friendly prep for cataract op. Exam thorough process checklist and team worked well Professional ‘flight check’ before commencement process as easy as could be sitting outside theatre an hour and half after entering building

From first stepping into the building, the feeling was one of confidence. Every member of the team were friendly, polite and extremely professional. In all, the whole process was a positive experience.

From the moment I arrived for my assessment to the completion of my cataract operation I cannot fault the professionalism of all staff.
