The process was very smooth and my daughter got her diagnosis within 3 months. Very impressed with the communication and we were kept updated on the progress. I would like to give a special mention to the assessor who was very professional and made my daughter feel at ease during her assessment. The report she did was very detailed, accurate and captured everything that was discussed.

I cannot thank Montrose enough! From start to finish the whole process has been brilliant. The professionalism and knowledge is incredible and I’m so pleased I chose them as my daughters right to choose provider.

My son was referred to Montrose through the right to choose. My experience has been positive with staff also supporting and answering any questions we have had. The clinician we had was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. I would recommend Montrose to anyone

Initial appts were good. When you can get through to speak to someone the people working on the phones have done all they can. Face to face assessment the clinician was amazing and we went to a clinic closer to our home. The online appts haven’t been as good- not as helpful or considerate and understanding. As a parent with a child at breaking point and a school who won’t help until I diagnosis in place it’s frustrating hearing nothing and having no contact support

I was seen remotely. From been referred to having my 1st appointment was very efficient. I was referred in July and today the 18th i have had my last appointment with a diagnosis. The team were professional great at listening and judgment. Thank you Montrose for listening to me and for myself to have a better understanding of me.

Attended a clinic in Banbury. Nice facilities ok to find Our original appointment was cancelled by email an hour and half before our appointment. A phone call or a text would have been a more appropriate way to contact us. Luckily I checked my emails just as we were about to leave. Other than that the service has been brilliant.
