Care is delivered through comprehensive ADHD assessments, therapy and counselling, addiction treatment, and specialist residential programmes in the Peak District. Each treatment plan is designed to meet individual needs, combining evidence-based clinical interventions with therapeutic and lifestyle support.
Alongside clinical care, Montrose offers corporate services, including vulnerable client training, advisory frameworks, and burnout retreats. The group emphasises discretion, privacy, and continuity of care through a one-client-at-a-time approach.

I have only had online appointment but Roberta is extremely friendly and helpful and good at explaining everything, couldn’t ask for anything more, very grateful for such kind treatment.
We can say thank you enough for the understanding of staff and support. We were put at ease and felt comfortable to be totally honest and share our experiences with the knowledge that staff would be professional and caring. We would and have already recommended based on our experience.
This was my first time dealing with Montrose and Grace was fantastic. Very caring, explained clearly and we did the session in a car with my signal dropping out. I can imagine it may have been frustrating however, it did not show. I highly recommend Grace.
Grace was brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, empathetic, non judgemental, friendly and approachable. Just what my son and i needed. Also after our triage appointment Grace followed up very quickly with the next steps and a really lovely email which much appreciated.
The online appointment was very easy to do and Grace was polite, caring and professional. Highly recommend using Montrose.
All visits were virtual. It went well, we talked about my progress and the medication dosage and how I felt.
Grace was so supportive and kind. She acknowledged everything I shared, was understanding and took everything at my pace. The whole session was made so much easier and I felt like I could truly share our experiences with no judgment. Thank you so much for making me feel valued and listened to. I can recommend you highly enough!
My son was assessed and diagnosed and this part of the process was fine. Once he started medication and I was paying for private prescriptions there was no appropriate level of aftercare. My son’s symptoms got worse and when I called for help I was told someone would call me back but they never did. I was then told the prescribing appointment which you pay for could have been used to discuss the dangerous side effects but as I’d already parted with close to £2000 I would have thought a phone call when needed would be provided.
