Staff very friendly and helpful. Furniture in room dusty, not much stimulation by way of entertainment.

My Mum has been in Millbrook Court since Feb 2020 and from the moment she arrived she has been taken care of so well. She was struggling whilst at home but over the past 18 months she has thrived, better diet, good routine, showered regularly and is genuinely so much happier with very little stress. I know that her dementia will continue to decline but the staff at Millbrook have gone the end mile. The last year has been difficult due to Covid but communication from Diane and all the team was regular both via email and by phone. I can not thank the team enough for their care and kindness to my 91 year old Mum.

I had my first visit this week. From the staff I saw they are great with my mum. Very caring and patient . Staff also helpful when u ring them to enquire or have a query.

I think once the renovations are complete, the sores will improve. Windows etc need to be cleaned and grass cut, but Covid has no doubt had an effect. Care is very good.

unable to get into Millbrook due to covid. no problem with this as it is protecting the residents. Ann-Marie in the office has been excellent keeping me up to date which has been appreciated under these difficult times
