Mental Health & Justice

The Mental Health & Justice team in London works to improve the lives of people with mental health problems who come into contact with the criminal justice system. They do this by providing a range of services, including:

• Assessment and treatment: The team provides assessments and treatment for people with mental health problems who are in police custody, prison, or on probation.
• Support and advocacy: The team provides support and advocacy for people with mental health problems who are going through the criminal justice system.
• Training and education: The team provides training and education to criminal justice professionals about mental health problems.

The Mental Health & Justice team is committed to working with people with mental health problems to help them stay out of the criminal justice system and live healthy, productive lives.
