Very helpful and informative

I originally took my mother to see Sophia, as she was unhappy with her NHS-provided hearing aid, and the level of support that the NHS could offer. My mother was very pleased with the care and attention she received so I immediately thought of Sophia when I needed hearing aids myself. She now operates out of the Wellness Centre in Epsom, with a comfortable waiting room if you arrive early. She is very patient and considerate and gives you plenty of time to ensure that everything is adjusted correctly. The hearing aids that she recommended for me seem to be better than those that my friends use. I recently had another check-up and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Sophia was extremely friendly & professional. She made my 2 year old son very comfortable and worked around him really well. She explained the outcome of my sons hearing check thoroughly & followed up with some more information via e-mail. I would highly recommend her services.
