Sophia is very warm and welcoming - it is clear she is patient-centred and she really took her time to explain the treatments to my 86 year old mother. She is good humoured and trustworthy.

I chose to ask for an appointment with Sophia after looking at her website and reading the testimonials and also they she was a face not a company as such. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and communication pre visit was helpful accurate. Sophia was immediately warm and personable , she put me at ease with her professional manner giving excellent instructions and explanations. She gave a clear action plan of how to move forward and what I needed to do next. I would not hesitate to recomend her, to others.
