I am sharing my experience following an IV treatment at KP GP Services Ltd in Canterbury on 21 September 2026, as I feel it is important to raise some concerns regarding the treatment I received, the communication surrounding it, and the follow-up afterwards. My first appointment, on 3 September, was with Dhvani Patel and was a positive and professional experience. Following that treatment, I received follow-up contact to check how I was feeling, which I appreciated and found reassuring. My second appointment, on 21 September, was with Mr Dean Bray. Before the appointment, I had confirmed by email with Dhvani Patel that I wished to receive Glutathione and Biotin only. I also explained this directly to Mr Bray before the treatment commenced and specifically stated that I did not want or require additional vitamins. I was therefore concerned when I received the invoice on 23 September. The invoice itemised the treatment that had been administered, including Glutathione 1200mg, Biotin, Vitamin C, B Complex, Magnesium, Multiminerals and a Hydration Boost, with a separate price shown for each ingredient or component. The additional ingredients were not what I had specifically requested and, to my understanding, had not been discussed with me beforehand. I subsequently contacted the clinic to query why these additional ingredients had been administered and why the total charge was £175 when I had specifically requested a more limited treatment. We received superb service from start to finish. We found both members of staff really welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with a carpark round the back and also within easy reach of Canterbury East train station. We struggled initially to find a private GP who would do a Fit to Fly Assessment but we are so pleased we found this GP.
