Dr Patel has been our family GP for a few years now, and he is always a calming, reassuring presence, he takes the time to listen, and give various treatment options. I am very happy to recommend him and the practice.

I was impressed by the entire visit and the lead up and after care also. Dr. Patel carefully considered my needs and created a very good solution. The key appeal was that the appointment was made with no wait. I have already recommended KPGP to my friends and family.

This is not the first time of my using the service, but as usual it was exemplary. Very professional and thorough, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

We received superb service from start to finish. We found both members of staff really welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect with a carpark round the back and also within easy reach of Canterbury East train station. We struggled initially to find a private GP who would do a Fit to Fly Assessment but we are so pleased we found this GP.

I had an excellent first day experience with my IV drip therapy. From start to finish, I felt very well cared for. Dhvani was incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and gave me excellent health advice that made me feel confident and supported. The therapy itself was fantastic, and I genuinely noticed a difference afterwards — I felt refreshed, energised, and revitalised. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a professional and caring experience. Thank you so much.

As always, Dr. Patel was amazing. Very patient and understanding and above all, gave me sound medical advice on the course of treatment for my condition.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the surgery area is cool and spotlessly clean. The Dr was caring and listened to everything I was concerned about before giving his clinical opinion and talking through options for tests and next steps. It's almost unheard of these days to experience and GP appointment so seamlessly and to actually be listened to and believed. For anyone on the fence, I cannot recommend KP GP more. We are very grateful to have found such a practice, it's taken away a lot of anxiety knowing when we need it we can quickly and easily see a Dr like this.
