I was too unwell to attend for a face to face appointment at the clinic, so had a home visit from Dr Patel. This isn't cheap but I had no other way to turn, & if you ever find yourself in this position too, please don't think it's not money well spent.. I am so glad he came & checked my symptoms & did blood tests. As my NHS GP practice isn't good at monitoring my health. The visit resulted in my needing an x-ray as I haven't been able to beat an ongoing infection. Finally a bit of hope!
Very good experience. The building and waiting room was a bit weird, but that’s not really their fault, though I was waiting with nobody there for a while. But the doctor and receptionist very nice, thorough consultation and happy with value and service.

After several frustrating attempts to get help through the NHS—including two visits to A&E and multiple unsuccessful tries to get a GP appointment—we decided to seek private help. His thoroughness, calm manner and clear explanations were hugely reassuring. Most importantly, he immediately put us on the right path towards recovery.
