I had an excellent experience with Dr Effie and the whole team at Jersey Haematology for my IV iron infusion. Everyone was incredibly kind, reassuring and professional, and I felt very well looked after throughout. Dr Effie took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience feel calm and easy. I went to go have my blood results and B12 injections and Dr Effie and her team are so lovely and make you feel so at ease, they all get to know you by your name and you feel at home. They all go above and beyond to help you! Would highly recommend.

Dr Effie was extremely friendly and provided me with plenty of information relating to my issue. She has taken into account my current short term active lifestyle when discussing treatments and has taken my concerns regarding other treatments I could potentially have to treat the issue into account.
