iSIGHT Clinic is a group of specialist eye clinics established in 1993. Its flagship establishment, Drayton House in Southport, stands as a dedicated day case hospital providing a comprehensive range of ophthalmic services, surgical procedures, and laser treatments.

Led by internationally recognised Ophthalmic Consultants with NHS appointments, the team at iSIGHT Clinic is supported by skilled ophthalmic nursing staff, orthoptists, optometrists, and technicians. Drayton House, originally built in the 1840s, was transformed in December 1993 into Britain's first specialist eye day-case hospital by local Ophthalmologist Tayo Akingbehin. This aimed to deliver excellence in eye care within a non-hospital environment, utilising modern technology for ophthalmic treatment.

The historic Drayton House, a Grade 2 listed Victorian building, underwent sympathetic restoration to preserve its elegant features while accommodating fully equipped operating theatres, consulting and diagnostic rooms, and support services.

In 2009, the clinic expanded its reach with the addition of satellite clinics in Windermere (formerly Charles Adam Clinic), Liverpool, and Burscough, leading to a name change to iSIGHT Clinics.

The specialist services offered at iSIGHT Clinics encompass a wide range, including cataract surgery, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) treatment, squint correction, cosmetic eye surgery, refractive lens exchange, YAG laser capsulotomy, glaucoma treatment, oculoplastic surgery, general ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology.
