The staff are very welcoming and reassuring which creates a relaxing environment. The medical treatment I received from Dr McCrory was outstanding. He explained clearly what would be involved and what actions I should take after treatment to maximise the benefits of the injection.
I visited Dr McCrory at Holywood Clinic, I was met by Simon who is always very pleasant and made me feel at ease. Dr McCrory is an amazing Dr, he is compassionate and fully explained what I required. I had an injection in my shoulder and had almost immediate relief from my pain. I would highly recommend Holywood for any healthcare needs.
It is my greatest pleasure to give the highest ratings that are possible to give. On arrival in the immaculate waiting area, I was immediately VERY warmly welcomed by the 'Front of House' gentleman and Manager, Simon. His infectious personality put me at ease straightaway. He even offered me a cup of tea in the very relaxed waiting area. Dr. McCrory explained everything in great detail and in a calm unhurried manner. (As did Dr. Beatty on a previous occasion). I have been made to feel valued by all whom I have had contact with. Overall, I believe that the cost is very reasonable considering the highly professional experience from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this clinic.
