It was a telephone appointment with Dr Gupta to understand our dads current heal status following recent tests. See earlier feedback.
My only gripe is that you don’t have a Dr assigned and end up seeing different people all the time
Toilet facilities quite clean but no hand towels or hand cleanser
Excellent visit and happy with the outcome back again in October for another cyst removal
The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally hot in the waiting room and I was there for 45 minutes. She managed to find an electric fan and got permission to use it. It did make a difference to the heat in the room.
