I am unable to retract my previous 1 star review earlier today, which I left as I could not contact the doctor at the allotted time. However, I was called within the hour (with an apology also!!!). The appointment was professional, well considered and courteous, with after care and follow up advice given clearly. Many thanks to the Dr!

The Gogodoc online booking experience (for a home visit for my wife, who had no NHS GP) was simple and a prompt response and appointment time sent by email. Dr Lavan came from Gogodoc, arrived within the appointment window, carried out a thorough assessment and arranged a prescription for a diagnosis of bronchitis with early signs of pneumonia. Dr Lavan is very personable and reassuring and we felt confident in his assessment - he followed up with us a number of times and responded promptly to our queries and I am pleased to say that my wife is responding well. Our whole experience with Gogodoc and Dr Lavan has been excellent. Thank you so much.

EXCELLENT quick, reliable, trust-worthy service!! Was so happy to receive a quick appointment, within the hour as I was pressed for time! Was very very happy with the service, doctor was super friendly and she educated me by explaining things to me in addition to diagnosing! Left feeling very happy due to prompt response, friendly approach and overall a wonderful experience with staff that really valued listening to me! A***** service, thank you for getting back to me so quickly and for giving me an appointment on such short notice!! Will definitely use the service again!

Absolutely first rate service. I wish I could use these guys every time I needed medical attention, but, as I’m too far from the clinic I can only use them for remote consultations. I would recommend to everyone

Swanky clinic in a great location. I saw Dr Levan V who made me feel at ease from the moment i walked into his room. Was able to take bloods and send samples off and received results and follow up call from Dr V on the same day! All for a reasonable price- effortless.

Very easy and fast, now have antibiotics rather than having to wait days to get an appointment to see my GP
