Fantastic to be able to get a same day appointment at a time that suited me. Especially after we were looking at a 4 week wait for an appointment with our nhs GP Dr Cassandra was lovely and really good with my daughter.

From start to finish, great care. Clearly have patient care at the very heart of the model. Price was reasonable for the standard of care provided Saw Dr Varathan who was very kind and knowledgeable. Followed up with me several times after our meeting (at no added charge) and helped me navigate appts with my NHS GP

The doctor rang me very promptly - and was very good at listening and quick to diagnose. He gave good advice and got a prescription over quickly.

I had really helpful and understanding conversation with the doctor. I was really worried and needed advise in a emergency and I got it. Booked it for evening for the same day and the responded accordingly. Spoke with a lovely doctor 30 mins after my booking. Definitely gonna use again if indeed.

Doctor was prompt and kind. Happy to see her again.
