CRGH has the best technology and doctors and I truly believe my treatment would have not been the same elsewhere. I had quite a few issues with the clinic likely to do with the merge with GENNET but they were rectified timely and I would still recommend them.

We had a very positive experience which resulted in the birth of a beautiful baby girl with our first attempt. We had a previously unsuccessful attempt at a previous clinic, but City diagnosed the issue straightaway, conducted some rectifying surgery and we had incredibly positive results. 9 fertilized embryos (as opposed to 1 previously) and first time success with the transfer. The team at city were very professional and supportive throughout.

We had a great experience overall. Our first three tentatives through NHS have been all failed . Gennet city Fertility medical center could find the exact problem and solved it excellently. Now we’ve a beautiful baby girl and we’re extremely happy

We are very pleased with the fertility treatment received at Gennet City Fertility, it was professional and the overall experience was positive.

Never again. They know how desperate you are for children and they will take advantage . To date we have spent almost £2000 pounds on tests etc yet we have no conclusive diagnosis. We recently paid £800 for blood tests, the results are out now and we have been told we have to pay an additional £150 for the doctor to tell us what the blood tests showed. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. What a disappointment.

Our experience has been great, the nurses and doctors especially Dr Malini were great! We are forever thankful to them for helping us become parents!

We recommend Gennet Citi fertility. Very professional and helpful approach of management, doctors and staff. They are helping couples from abroad. For example we, a couple of two women having no chance to get IVF in the Czech Republic due to the current legislation. We were lucky and have one daughter, 8 years old now. We are living in Germany. A big thank you to Mr. Beranek, manager of this UK branch who supports us to that extent that legally, after 8 years, we will be 2 mothers officially stated in the birth certificate of our child. We are the first pair in the country and without support of Citi Fertility this would never happen!

We had the best experience! Honestly, I felt so supported right from our first appointment which was just to find out if we were both healthy and able to have babies & then throughout the IVF process. There is no doubt it’s a stressful, expensive and uncertain process and I definitely felt it, but I trusted the doctors that they were doing their best to help us. We ended up with two healthy embryos from the first round of IVF. Unfortunately, the first one didn’t implant, which was heartbreaking. We were recommended to take some time to recover before we try again, which we didn’t want. We felt like we wanted to try straight away again. But because my cycle had already begun, we had to wait another month, which was then interfering with Christmas and the closure of the clinic. But our doctor came up with a solution and we ended up having our other embryo transfer planned for the first day after xmas break. I then happened to take one of the hormones on a wrong day and therefore the ideal transfer day fell on a Sunday!! I was gutted but our doctor offered immediately to come on that day only for us (the clinic is closed on Sundays). & 12 days later I was pregnant! Today our baby boy is 7 months old, he’s healthy, happy and we are totally in love. Thank you City Fertility, we are so so grateful. We’ll be back for baby no2 for sure.
