I honestly cannot fault the care I received throughout my radiotherapy treatment at GenesisCare Southampton. From the very first appointment, every member of the radiotherapy team was kind, caring, professional and incredibly reassuring. They always took the time to explain what was happening, answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable and looked after. What could have been an incredibly daunting experience was made so much easier by the warmth and compassion of the team. Even on the days when I was tired or feeling a little overwhelmed, I was met with smiles, patience and genuine kindness. I felt like a person rather than a patient, and that made such a difference. The professionalism and expertise of the whole team were exceptional.They made me feel supported and cared for throughout all 15 treatments. I am incredibly grateful to every single person who looked after me. I couldn't have asked for better care, and I will always be thankful for the way they helped me through this part of my treatment. I couldn’t fault it, excellent.

It was fantastic, the staff could not do enough to help and everyone was very friendly. The surrounding area felt very peaceful which was lovely and everything was explained fully by the staff so I did not have any questions prior to my Radiotherapy.
