Freedom Vision - Hull

I normally don’t write reviews, I’m someone who feels that if you do your job well, there is no need. However I have just been been signed off for my second eye cataract surgery and would like to thank all those involved in bringing this about. It was a long haul as my second eye was so bad after an accident back in my teens that a lens had to be made specially to correct my vision. It took about six weeks to make, but I was kept informed of progress regularly. I have nothing but praise for the people who saw me throughout. From the security guys, reception and medical team, to the optometrists, the surgeon and of course Hannah. As my point of contact, Hannah was there to answer my questions and kept me up to date with progress. Once again thanks one and all. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t see you again for a long, long time.

I've had a very good experience with Freedom Vision. Everyone has been very ptofessional and efficient. Specially Hannah Stephenson who's been very approachable and helpful. Also the optometrist (apologies for not remembering his name) was very approachable as well giving me time to ask questions. I haven't felt rushed during consultations. I'm very happy with the end result of my cataract surgeries. My vision has improved dramatically. Thank you to Mr Aftab and all the members of his team!!

I attended all my Wife's appointments and every time the staff were excellent. We would particularly like to praise Hannah for her vast knowledge and dedication, she really helped my Wife through some difficult times and reassured her when she had worries.
