Great relationship with the staff

One downside is not finding another slot easily when there is a last minute cancellation of aa appointment because of an emergency. Also, reception could be slightly more friendly and less business like

Excellent, very professional from reception to all dental staff I have met there. A practice where I have noticed do not judge or discriminate those on benefits to those paying privately. Previous dentists I’ve been to have been awful. Sean is keep a close eye on my teeth and has given me great advice. Thank you

To be honest, I think the receptionist is quite rude to people on the phone and to the clients. The dentist explained everything to me, but she interrupted and was rudely. At all times.

The dentist & hygienist are both amazing & very kind. However I find the receptionist very rude, there was a different receptionist this week who was lovely.

The dentist was knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain my treatment options and answering all of my questions. The procedure was quick and painless, and I was impressed with the care and attention I received. Overall, I had a positive experience at the dentist and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

I like coming to dental beauty forest hill. I've always received the best care. The receptionist Laura is very professional, beautiful, attentive, and honest. The facilities can do with a bit of updating, especially the bathroom and it's a bit cold inside the waiting area. I like the appointment reminder texts that get sent a day or two before the appointment. It can take a while sometimes to get an appointment and be seen but they are soo accommodating, its no wonder why they're popular.
