I received a very friendly and professional service from my initial phone call, through the advice and treatment for a corn and pressure point on the underside of my right foot that has been giving some pain.

Recently had some orthotic insoles made here. I felt that I was given time to go through my issues and that the impact the insoles would have was thoroughly explained. 3 weeks later and my feet are already in heaven! Yes, it is expensive but I wish I had taken the plunge years ago! I thoroughly recommend Foot Factor.
