I came in for an analysis and the staff were friendly and answered all my questions.
Booked a spermiogram test for ivf treatment outside uk. Barred from UK , IVF due to age restrictions. Luckily, we got an excellent result. The clinician who dealt with us on 26 June 2026, was friendly, polite , and personable. Made me feel at ease , and comfortable. She explained the process & the implications in a clear & friendly manner. We were even allowed to to change the appointment time to align with best possible results. Clean clinic, . They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic was clean, well organised, and my appointment was handled efficiently with minimal waiting time. I truly appreciated the compassionate care and excellent service I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility testing or reproductive health support.
Pretty straightforward appointment , staff always available to help. No waiting time. Free parking was also an added advantage. Overall, it was a nice experience.
