Zenvité

I have recently been for an ADHD assessment. Dr Alex and the lovely receptionist, were wonderful. I was initially concerned that the assessment process might be somewhat daunting or potentially upsetting, but was a very pleasant experience . Dr Alex was very attentive, and very helpfully was able to explain to me the whole process and was very easy to talk to. Once I was diagnosed, she went through my options with me in a way that let me know that I was in the drivers seat , not pushing one way or the other. I’m very happy with the experience and the outcome. The process was smooth from start to finish and will recommend to friends. It has saved me years of being on a waiting list. I can start my thirties with the right tools now. Many thanks.

It’s always a pleasure to visit. Everyone is very kind, helpful and easy to talk to. There is no sense of rush.

After being let down by the NHS, I came to Zenvité and I’m very impressed overall with their service. I was seen very quickly and received amazing support from the doctor who I’ve been seeing and have had no issues with booking follow up appointments. The receptionist has been lovely on every visit and the environment is calming and positive. Highly recommend Zenvité!

Excellent all round. Drove past it once as old signage was still up. Lovely waiting area, lots to read, airy,comfy drinks available. Appointment on time . Felt really listened to, not rushed and was understanding and empathic. Superb service

Hard to find as Zenvite isn't shown on the outside. I waited 35 mins after my appointment time without any idea when I would be seen.

Felt extremely welcomed, very well listened to, and understood. Really appreciated the way that everything was conducted and didn’t feel like a patient in a clinic.

My most recent appointment was through a video call. Dr Shori was lovely and brilliant as always.

I attended an appointment with Dr Shori for an ADHD assessment. I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my experience. The clinic is beautiful, the staff friendly and more importantly the service i received from Dr Shori was amazing. He was so friendly, reassuring, down to earth and genuinely listened.

Highly recommend Zenvité both Dr Alex and Dr Shori are great! they genuinely listen and care about their patients and want to help. I recently had an appointment with Dr Alex and left feeling heard and at ease. Great GP practice with a lovely receptionist on arrival and great Doctors ☺️
