My recent visit to EndocareDiagnostics was a wonderful experience the staff were fantastic very caring and made me feel relaxed and was able to go through my procedure feeling in very safe environment the standards were so brilliant the hospital was so clean and can only get the highest score available first class to the all team .

Very impressed I was seen to as soon as i arrived even though I was 15 minutes early! The staff were lovely and very reassuring.

Despite being absolutely petrified of the procedure all staff were very accommodating and patient. The whole experience wasn't as bad as I anticipated and would definitely reassure anybody about having the procedure done at Endocare Diagnostics.

Was very quick

The gastroscopy procedure was very quick (a lot quicker than I expected it to be). It only took about 5 mins, but I thought it'd be about 15 mins. I had the conscious sedative and throat spray, but I wasn't even drowsy after the appointment at all. I was walking and talking perfectly and was wide awake.

Felt so professional and clean, really made it a pleasant experience overall. Friendly and polite staff too!
