Dr Robertson is a delight to see and I really appreciate the time and space of an 30 minute appointment. I feel very well cared for.

Dr Merrie was pleasant and professional. However, I would have appreciated being informed that another patient had been slotted into the first 15 minutes of my appointment, especially as I had travelled a long way to come to this appointment and had to catch a specific train home. I was also assured I would be sent the results of my blood test and still have not received these five days after my appointment. I came away feeling stressed rather than reassured.

Warm welcome from reception staff and offered coffee on arrival. The waiting area is lovely to sit in. It is spacious and relaxing. I had an appointment with Dr Williamson. Dr Williamson puts you completely at ease. When I come here the doctor really listens to my health concerns and offers great help and advice as to how to move forward with them and try to resolve any issues and concerns i may have and how to move forward with them. This is so much appreciated. I would 100% recommend this practice.

That was a very positive and fast efficient service I made a referral at midnight and received a response by 7 am the following morning the reception staff could not be more helpful and they gave me reassurance at a time of crisis.
