I had preservation rhinoplasty three months ago. I cannot believe the amazing change. Literally everything I wanted for years. It has given me a huge confidence boost and I am very happy with the result. The crazy thing is nobody has noticed! Charles and his team were very supportive during my journey, especially as I was very anxious before the operation. All the nerves I had disappeared in my recovery and since the cast came off, I have been happier every day. I chose Rhinoplasty London because of their dedication and experience, when I was doing my research, it was obvious Charles is very well regarded by his colleagues. There are surgeons in London saying they do preservation for marketing purposes but beware of those trained in Turkey and now charging London prices.

My journey into having revision rhinoplasty has been difficult. I never thought I could trust a surgeon again. Charles was recommended by a friend as he had operated on her daughter and herself. I made an appointment out of curiosity, and he straight away pointed out things I had known for a long time but didn’t want to admit to myself. I was fortunate my husband was very supportive and one Sunday evening (after he was fed up hearing me talk about my nose!) he said I should go ahead because even if it wasn’t going to be perfect, I would get an improvement. Taking a little bit of a leap of faith, I booked in and paid the deposit. The communications very clear and his team is very responsive. The original date had to be postponed because I was unwell. Re-scheduling was easy, I didn’t have to pay any extra although he clearly lost out. Rosa said the most important thing was my safety. I also remember the anaesthetist who said she had her nose done by Charles as well, that put me at ease. I thought if she trusts him having seen his results for years, it must be a good thing. Like most patients undergoing complex revision surgery, I just wish I had done it with Charles the first time round!

I had my revision rhinoplasty with Charles East and I am genuinely happy to a degree I never thought was possible. His experience and knowledge was obvious from the first video consultation. I had made the mistake of having my first rhinoplasty done by a turkish surgeon who works in London and I stupidly believed his self proclaimed kingdom. Charles East team are brilliant and caring, I was scared of going through another operation but I feel nothing buy relief and joy that I can now get past my turkish nightmare.
