Amazed to get an appointment so easily and quickly. Very good 'bed side manner' made no fuss over my slight technical abilities to make the video call. The fact that I can now start a course of medication today rather than having to wait for over 2 weeks for a NHS GP appointment hugely reduces stress and worry. I am sure I will use this service again for myself and my family.

Very knowledgeable Dr, helpful in advising what scans i would need and he asked the relevant questions on my symptoms and mediacl history He also said he will advise the radiologists that i am claustrophobic so they can make some adjustments!
