The easiest, and most accessible service I have come across. Doctors also want to help! I prefer this service over NHS GP, although there is a cost, it’s not too high so therefore affordable to me

Competent doctor but a waste of time and money. I still have the problem. A prescription would probably have helped with no risk of harm.

Throughout the entire time I have used Dr. Online I have felt supported and listened to. Dr. Winiger has been nothing but friendly, attentive and considerate in all of our appointments. I’ve found booking easy and communication straightforward.

The clinician was 10 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. The conversation was pretty straightforward; I reiterated what I had said in my pre-meeting assessment and answered a few additional questions. But overall, I did receive the desired outcome of the appointment, so I am satisfied with the service.

Dr was very good. Felt at ease, asked plenty of questions to get a good idea of what was needed. Good advice and script arrived promptly which I was able to fill and start recovery. Being here on holiday from overseas and not knowing where a local doctor was, being able to do this appointment online was perfect!
