Excellent service. I was given advice on areas to focus on and also reassurance that I am doing well. Very professional and welcoming experience.

The doctor I saw was polite, and helpful, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided a referral letter as needed, but unfortunately, I needed it to go through the e-referral system and Dr Online doesn't have access to it. I believe this important detail should be communicated to patients before booking an appointment. The consultation ended up being a waste of £40.

The doctor listened carefully and sympathetically to what I had to say. Making the appointment: there is an opportunity to say why you are making the appointment but this has to be repeated when completing the pre-appointment questionnaire. Also a warning should be issued that photo ID and proof of address has to be uploaded so the patient must have a scanner or camera to produce uploadable files. The patient should allow adequate time for this before choosing an appointment time.

No issues, my experience was positive.

Good appointment

The zoom appointments were easy to access. The doctor asked all the essential questions and provided me with professional advice. I was certainly impressed with this professional service. Getting 30 minutes time from a GP was amazing as I'm lucky if I get 5 minutes in my local Health Centre.
