I was given an immediate personal appointment following a phone call. Dr Miller gave me his focussed attention and I was hugely relieved to be in the hands of such a competent highly expert professional. He went through my symptoms carefully and comprehensively, he advised a range of blood tests and I understood fully the implications of each. The tests were carried out carefully. He briefed me on my symptoms and I was glad to be under the care of such a skilled doctor. I returned the next day for treatment, and he followed up after hours when I developed further symptoms. At all times my anxiety about my condition was reduced due to the sense of empathetic competency that I experienced.
