I have seen Dr Miller twice in the last six months for different things both of which were as the result of tests I had done elsewhere and wanted a second opinion. In both cases he totally put my mind at rest, explained everything fully to me, and on the first occasion sent me for further tests which he then followed up directly with me in a couple of days. Being able to book an appointment so quickly is also fantastic and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I have nothing but praise for this practice. I will continue to go there particularly as I have lost all faith in the NHS.

Booking an appointment was easy and able to get same/next day slots. Had two appointments, one I got seen early and the second one while late, the communication around this was very good

He is a very kind GP. He listened to all the issues and helped me explain it all.

It is always been such a positive experience visiting Dr Cottrell or his associates. Friendly, efficient and above all caring attitude. It makes a patient less anxious and comfortable.

Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. After suffering for a really long time with unexplained symptoms and feeling very dismissed by other providers, Dr Miller took the time to really listen and explore all options without making me feel like a burden or a nuisance. I feel like I have some hope now. I have also seen other doctors at this practice in the past and had a similar positive experience. Also with the admin staff who are lovely. I highly recommend Dr Miller and the practice in general.
