As soon as I arrived, I was asked to come in by my doctor, no waiting around. My doctor was incredible, and I felt completely heard by her, she listened to me and did all she could to help me. I have been an NHS patient but needed a second opinion, which I got! The nurses who took my blood were so calming and friendly, I have trouble giving blood, but they persevered in such a caring way. My whole experience of my first private appointment was wonderful.

Extremely happy with the Deanbrook practice at the Candover Clinic in Basingstoke. Dr. Ali Johnstone and their whole team are always excellent and speedy at getting things done, and do so without rushing their patient. Their patient care is exemplary compared to anywhere else that I've been.
