Sat in waiting room for a while but not bothered. Dr was fantastic, friendly and very professional. Cannot fault her or the entire process. Will definitely continue to use.

Excellent service from booking to treatment so far.

I was 5 mins late as I was stuck in traffic - I called ahead to let reception know but I then waited 30 mins before being seen. On arrival, I was told to help myself to a drink and take a seat which I was unable to do as I was on crutches - not conducive to carrying a cup! Might be useful to offer to get patients a drink if they are on crutches and therefore unable to do so themselves.
