I had cause to book a "Private GP" session with the Deanbrook Practice based within The Candover Clinic in Basingstoke. The building is kept really clean and the waiting area is spacious and bright. The reception staff in the clinic were friendly and extremely helpful. Once I got to see the doctor, exactly on time, I was impressed with the amount of time that she was able to spend in understanding my issue and coming up with a suitable treatment plan. There was no rush to move me on and I left the clinic feeling that the it was important to the doctor that I left the appointment satisfied that my "illness" had been properly addressed. If a visit to the doctor can ever be a good experience then this was one of those times. A five star service that I will not hesitate to use again when needed.
