The only thing was, my known name is Dolores I'm not or ever been called Mary. Apparently it couldn't be changed! Apart from that it was ok

Dr Johnstone was superb. She was thorough and friendly. I never felt rushed and she was very informative.

What a thoroughly refreshing experience it was coming to see Ali Johnstone at the Open Practice for our review. As a clinical biochemist myself I found Ali's obviously excellent clinical knowledge and broad understanding of my health status and her very astute recommendations around this to be really top quality - she gave me great confidence in her advice and I really appreciate that - she is a fabulous exemplar for top notch GP Services - the first GP in the last 25 years for me who has absolutely nailed it.
