From entering the car park to leaving the reception you are made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The parking is stress free and the receptionists are professional and polite. I have always been seen on time, and the waiting area is comfortable with refreshments and very smart loos. Dr Johnstone is a huge asset to the Candover Clinic. She is knowledgeable and wise and explains things perfectly, giving you time and ensuring you understand what she recommends.

Very pleased to get a same day appointment when I rang to book . Very friendly pleasant GP who gave me plenty of time to discuss my concerns. Left with a prescription and some practical advice.

Very caring GP

The first appointment I could get with my NHS GP was a telephone call a month away. Feeling so unwell I decided to make an appointment with the Deanbrook practice. A good decision as I was listened to , tests ordered and followed up quickly. I have also now had treatment too which hopefully will result in recovered health but if it does not, there are already plans to follow up with further diagnostics. What a breath of fresh air to find a GP who leaves you feeling that they will get you well again.
