I had an incredible experience at the practice. The appointment started right on time and Dr. Johnstone was amazing. She took the time to really listen and absorb everything I was saying, which meant so much to me. I decided to go private after several difficult experiences with my public GP, and I was honestly quite nervous about being dismissed again. But from the moment the appointment began, I felt heard, understood, and supported. I left feeling reassured, positive, and with a much clearer plan for treatment. It was such a relief to finally feel taken seriously. I’m so grateful for the care I received.

Professional and friendly consultation with Dr Johnstone. I would highly recommend her. I have a needle phobia and dread medical appointments. Dr Johnstone was very understanding and found a way to help me face a blood test. The consultation was really thorough and I felt listened to. A far cry from the usual experience at my NHS practice.
