Dr Johnstone is the kind of family doctor I had growing up. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes and makes you feel supported and cared for. She has a kind and compassionate manner for which we are always grateful for.

This was my first experience of a private doctor consultation and I was very impressed. The waiting area was bright and clean. I was seen on time. Dr Colvin was very easy to talk to, she listened patiently and was reassuring. Anything I didn't understand she was happy to explain. There was never any feeling of the clock ticking down and the consultation being rushed.

Dr Alison Johnstone is the best GP I have ever seen and I am prepared to travel from Winchester to see her. The Practice is nice and it is always a pleasure as I know that I am in safe hands. Highly recommended! Phil

Excellent parking onsite, friendly efficient reception with coffee and tea available. The doctor was welcoming, attentive and clearly an excellent physician. This is how all doctor’s surgery’s should be.

The reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Dr Groom was friendly, very professional, listened carefully and explained clearly an action plan for determining the cause of my health problems. Her follow up action in seeking a consultants help for me was much quicker than I had anticipated and much appreciated. My expedience with Deanbrook Practice cannot be faulted.
