Neither I nor my wife visit Dr Johnstone very regularly but whenever we do one can be confident of good advice and a friendly reception. It was a phone appointment so 'How clean was the practice doesn't apply but couldn't by-pass.

I booked an appointment through the Skin Assessment Clinic and got an appointment within 3 working days. The GP I saw was friendly, helpful and thorough, and took time to understand my concerns. She referred me to a specialist and I cannot fault the service I received from the Deanbrook Practice at the Candover Clinic.
