Will was really informative and walked me through everything really well. He had excellent social skills and made me feel comfortable immediately. Overall it was a real pleasure to take the assessment.

The assessor was lovely and encouraging. I do feel the format is unnecessarily stressful and the machines appear archaic. There is always a problem getting the heart rate monitor to link. The face mask tastes of public swimming pool and hinders breathing. On the other hand the data gained is invaluable.
