CP+R

The team have been amazing, taking me through initial post operative care and exercise for rehabilitation, to full fitness. The impact on my life has been huge as I can now honestly say that I have never in my life felt so well and much of the credit for this goes to the trainers and supporting staff at CP&R. Having the app to chat and keep in touch with the team même vers allocated to me has been an added benefit.

It's been a pleasure doing my rehab with CPandR. All the staff have been supportive, encouraging and helpful. If I had any questions early in my recovery it was great being able to contact a professional who could answer and give me any advice needed. My trainer has been fantastic keeping me working even when things weren't always easy and making sure I kept up doing all the things necessary for a good recovery. I'm very grateful to the whole team.

Excellent. This should be a standard service post surgery available to everyone. It genuinely got me back into shape far sooner than I could have anticipated

Very friendly and professional

They are professional team of people who care for the wellbeing of patients, they built my confidence to move forward in life. They are kind and very approachable, they give good advice to improve your health. I would recommend them to anyone who feels that they have lost there self confidence after having a heart attack.

Life changing program

The experience with CP&R has been brilliant from my coaching staff to the assessment every 12 weeks, the staff are always friendly & listen to any concerns you may have. I have been with CP&R since January and very happy that I chose to go with them on my recovery journey❤️

I had cp+r included in private healthcare cover as I recovered from an aortic valve replacement. The care was so good that I continued to fund this personally once the rehab was up. It has changed my confidence in exercise and got me to the fittest I’ve ever been
