Brilliant dedicated training. Attention to detail and really listen and take in everything that’s going on in your life. I’ve come along way since my surgery 3 months ago. They will help you get back to feeling like yourself. Highly recommend.

Having done NHS rehab for a brief time as well there is absolutely no comparison. Personalised programme paced well - pushing on but being careful at the same time.

I came to CP&R having undergone a quadruple heart bypass. I was pretty weak, shaken by the operation and did not quite know what to do next. CP&R were outstanding. I’ve been post-op training with Thomas Brindley who is not just super knowledgeable but also a consummate professional. He knows what you need, how to apply it, pushes nicely where required, checks with precision what you are doing to make sure you, the patient, derive the greatest benefit and it is obvious that he loves his job. CP&R also conduct regular (full-blown) personalised assessments on which they build your programme going forward. Everyone at CP&R seems to be totally dedicated to one thing; namely the best, quickest and surest recovery for their patients. They are exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone who has this need. Post-operative care of this sort is absolutely vital if the patient is serious about a lasting recovery and rehabilitation into normal life.

Five hospitals have been involved in some way with me as a patient this is the only follow-up I have had from anywhere so far. I have really enjoyed the zoom therapy sessions with Emily and Beatrice and physically I have improved tremendously though I still have a way to go. What has also helped a great deal has been being able to talk to a professional real live person especially about those little anxieties that niggle. My operation was on the 18th July it is now 8 th October.. Congratulations to James and the team I am genuinely sorry that I am unable to continue with them and wish them well in their ministry to others

Very good in general the chat app was a but awkward. Doing this using WatsApp groups would be perfect. Also the food diary was a bit clunky. I would Partner with an organisation or get customers to subscribe to an online free trial tool and provide you access. I have used calorie counter in the past.

Great training sessions. The team is very professional and they know how to get you fitter by the day. Cory is a great coach and he knows exactly how to work with you.

With the CP+R programme and oversight I have been consistent with my rehab exercises that have contributed to where my recovery is today. I am sure with out it my progress would be significantly less
