Now that my cardiologist has told me I can behave like anyone who never had/needed the heart operation, I really wanted to thank you for Emily N's superb training and teaching, which enormously helped me physically and mentally since the operation. She is world class and combines top level knowedge with a great client manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

Very focused on my particular needs, great staff / coaches. The whole experience really does make a difference and is fun. Love the science / HR approach.

Training is great. Assessment centre needs proper changing facilities or at least a chair or bench in toilet for when changing. It lets CPR down badly having to put clothes on toilet floor etc
