Fantastic. Has given me the confidence to return to my pre surgery levels. It has been measured and both pushes you but instils patience too. Trainers are brilliant- kind, knowledgeable and flexible.

My coach Lucy is an absolute star, pushing me in the early days when my confidence was low and holding me back later on so I don't overdo it.

The experience has been a great help in my recovery. I was not the most easiest of patients due to the complexity of my surgery. In which the replaced my Aorta in a 14 hour open surgery. But I felt understood by the team, that not everything was going to be easy. But it worked, to my benefit and that was our goal. Even though I was only to avail of the four free weeks my dedicated staff member Joe was fantastic and was well aware of my situation and the abilities. From the beginning I had made him aware that I could not continue past the free period, but that did not stop his enthusiasm. And we were going to get everything out of the time we got. I only missed one day as I did have a not so good day. But the whole experience was fantastic and yes I would not hesitate to recommend CP and R to all that go through this very situation, you will reap the benefits. And you will never look back.
