Sprained your ankle recently and want a bit more stability for exercise? Try using K-Tape to help support your ankle. K-Tape is a useful tool as it provides some extra stability that might have been lost as a result of an injury. The elastic nature of the tape allows enough movement that it doesn’t hinder your performance. Please note this taping is just one of many versions that can be used to support an ankle and can’t claim to resolve ankle issues. Please consult a Physio if you are unsure. You can book online using the link in our bio.
