I received the best care at the Bath clinic and was very well looked after by all the nurses :-)

Dealt with issues very quickly as I had a miscommunication over appointments, but once aware it was sorted and apologies were made. Staff were amazing on day of surgery and everything explained many times. I felt like I was their only patient as the care was impeccable. Food and drink were great and lots of choice. I only stayed 1 night. Every staff member introduced themselves to me on entering the room and even though I knew they were there to do blood pressure, pain relief and temp, they always told me why they were in the room. I felt in very safe hands.

Very impressed with the overall cleanliness and the friendly atmosphere. The nursing staff were very attentive.

I had never been to Bath Clinic before and was greeted kindly and professionally by the reception staff who explained everything perfectly. The building was immaculate, and my appointment was exactly on time. Thank you!
