All the staff were very welcoming and supportive. My husband thought the staff were professional and was very appreciative of the reception staff’s help with parking. The care I received was of a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. As a retired nurse this was wonderful to experience and I very much appreciated it.

Great hospital, some of the rooms are looking a bit weathered compared to other Circle hospitals (to be fair the only one I can compare it with is Reading Circle). Would have liked a greater choice of food in evening, more cooked than sandwich and maybe a soft drink. Staff were incredible which is the most important thing and felt the hospital was clean

Check in was efficient, the stuntmen started on time and I had plenty of time to discuss all my concerns.

Absolutely spot on Mr Wilson and the 3 ladies that where nice theatre with me were absolutely amazing put me at rest throughout the procedure and the staff nurses were lovely!

I had an overnight stay at BMI Bath clinic and was very impressed by there attentiveness and friendliness. Would definitely recommend.

The facilities were good, with ample parking. All the staff were friendly and professional and could not have made my stay any better. The food was of a high standard and I would consider returning if I require any further procedures in the future,
